"I have no idea where to start. If only I had the money..." This is the painful sigh of bitter frustration among aspiring entrepreneurs who long to open their own restaurant. The moan of regret is quickly followed by: "There are so many obstacles. A small business is bound to fail in this economy." A valid point, but a challenge that's undoubtedly possible to overcome.
